Alamak Operator Renewal
All Operator Renewals must fill out the Operator Application to verify
your account ownership, and get a NEW REFERENCE NUMBER.
Please make sure you understand and agree to the conditions of service specified
in the Chat Rules ,Ops Policy
and Disclaimer.

 Payment
Operator membership is US $5 per month (minimum 4 months) or equivalent.
- 4 months is $20 US dollars.
- 6 months is $30 US dollars.
- 9 months is $45 US dollars.
- 12 months is $60 US dollars.
- Nickname change is $20.

Credit Card Applications
For RENEWALS and NEW ACCOUNTS please use the
Credit Card Operator Application for fastest response.
To reduce fraud, these applications are checked manually at time of billing,
and we may choose to reduce the amount billed on new accounts for our own
protection.
Please allow 3 business days for processing.

Mail Applications
For RENEWALS and NEW ACCOUNTS please use the
Mail Operator Application to obtain a REFERENCE NUMBER
and send us your payment as described.
Make all checks PAYABLE TO EXCLAMATION INC and WRITE
YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER ON YOUR CHECK. Send to the following

We do not process the mail applications until we receive payment and
this is entirely dependent on the mail system. Please allow 1-4 weeks for
renewals or account activation.
If it has been more than 2 weeks, you can inquire to the appropriate billing
subject with the Contact Us Page.
Non-US users can try International Money Order for an amount equivalent
to $20 US dollars. Canadian exchange aprox. $28CA = $20US and Canadian
Postal Money Order works very well.
We will have an office in Australia setup soon and possibly a Canadian
representative as well.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Abuse of Operator privledges
can result in complaints from regular users and upon recommendation by the
Operator Committee Operator account can be suspended or removed. Alamak
reserves the right to remove Operators from the list for any reason without
refund!
