The site pages were last upgraded April 1999.
The changes were made to update information on the site, make the pages more pleasing and professinal looking, and maintain the last upgrades attempts to make the site friendly and easy to navigate.
The new layout has a single HomePage with links to the most important sites and a sitemap page where you can find most information with a single click. We have included on all pages links back to the most important site pages including the sitemap.
As you can see, we returned to a black background, with some new warm color graphics, and a new ad banner to help promote the site.
Some new information pages were written and all pages revised to help both Ops and users.
