The Alamak FreeHome server provides many services to Alamak Operators. It can be accessed from within the chat or used separately. Its services include Free Home Pages, an AddressBook, Wait List organizer, CMAIL, User Search and much more.

You can setup a free homepage on Alamak and either upload it to your personal freehome directory, or edit your pages online using a web form. You can also retrieve items off the net to add to your homepage by transfering them directly to your freehome directory.

You can also edit and PUBLISH you web pages directly including personal images, backgrounds, and files. You can use the built in web editor built into Netscape, Internet Exporer, or AOL. This requires no knowledge of HTML and web programming language, you can make and edit your homepage just like using a word processor!

This is a full featured CHAT MAIL. You can read and send individual CMAIL. You can also send and read CMAIL within the chat, and links are provided within the chat back to FreeHome.

Also, whenever you receive a CMAIL from someone, you can choose to add their Alamak ID to your AddressBook and Wait List.

This will show the current list of people on your Wait List, and in a separate autorefreshing frame, a list of those currently on the servers. (Note: the USA server group and SG server wait lists are separate).

You can easily add, delete and search from within the Wait List. You can also send CMAIL and add chatters to your AddressBook.

You can search for registered users or Operators by nickname or, if you know someone's email address, you can find their matching nick. (Note: You cannot retrieve anyone's email address or real name by doing a search on their nickname.)

You can set up an Address Book to include all the people you may wish to contact. The Address Book includes links to CMAIL, your Wait List, and Personal information.

Personals allow you to find chatters with similar interests. You can enter information about yourself or view the entries of others.
