This is a simple game which tests your knowledge of English word structure. A random word from a database of 32,000+ is chosen and you are given blanks representing each letter of the word. To win you must correctly guess all letters in the word before getting 10 wrong letters. You have 60 minutes to finish the word and the word is counted against your score as soon as you start playing. There is no advantage to not finish the word. A running total score is kept, and players ranked according to highest score computed as 100 * ( percent correct ) + ( games played ) * ( percent correct ). Example 180/200 games would yield overall score of 90 + .90*200 = 270. The more you play and the higher your percentage of correct words, the more points and the closer you are to #1!!! We may decide at a later time to change the way players are ranked but raw scores will be retained use with the modifications.
