If you were banned unfairly while on the chat you may file a complaint but please read the page on bans before sending in a complaint first.

If you were not on the chat or do not know how the ban occurred it is likley some other person with a similar address was banned, bans do expire after a few hours and complaints or requests for unbanning filed in this situation will be deleted. There is no way to ban a specific person so this is how the system works.

Bans expire long before anyone gets a chance read email so unban requests are deleted.

Operators will not fall under the same bans as regular users so if you need immediate access you can read the Operator Howto and sign up to be an Operator with the Operator Application.
